Hi. Remember me? I used to blog here. Okay, once I blogged here. And then I went to Chicago, met a kajillion other bloggers and stopped writing. But I’m back and I have a good cookie recipe, one that won’t require you to go to the grocery store (unless you’re me and don’t drink milk) nor [...] Whew. Here we are at the end of the meatloaf madness! By now you’ve found yourself with tupperware full of leftover meatloaf & mashed potatoes and you are wondering what to do to make it a fresh, new meal that doesn’t scream “LEFT-OVER NIGHT!”
Right then. Meatloaf Panini’s are just what you need. We want something flavorful that can stand up to the rich flavors of the meatloaf and goat cheese mashed potatoes but we don’t want anything complicated- after all, we just made meatloaf & employed a [...] Meatloaf. Up there with “meatball” and “sausage casing” as a truly awful way to describe food. Who wants to eat meat in loaf form? Not me. Although meatloaf as a word is nothing short of icky, it isn’t any ickier than bad meatloaf in itself. It is the kind of dish that evokes memories of [...] Tonight for dinner B and I are having meatloaf, mashed potatoes & oven roasted green beans. Tomorrow night we are having meatloaf panini’s.
